Grandma's knitted pumpkins are a symbol of the continuity of generations. Each product has its own history and deep meanings, which are intertwined between the knots of yarn.

A BIT OF HISTORY

Galina Mykhailivna herself has been knitting for over 30 years! She said that she started her journey with clothes. She made non-standard and original things for her children, grandchildren, and friends.

Galina is a true creative artist in her field! She loves to do something interesting and unique.

In the winter of 10 years ago, Nazariy, the co-founder of “Turbota” and her grandson, asked his grandmother to repeat a sweater from a magazine. She replied: “I can do it better or worse, but I won’t do it like this.” That is why each of her products is authentic and filled with meaning.

And why pumpkins, you ask?

From the very beginning of her creative journey, Galina Mykhailivna loved to liken knitted products to works of nature. That's how the idea came to replicate something that always grows in her garden - a pumpkin.

“Small, plump, bright orange, with a fragile, green leaf on top - a perfect combination of shape and color,” thought Galina, and created the first knitted pumpkin.

Now all of her grandchildren have them: Nazariy, Dzvenislava, Daryna, and Darinka.

They serve as a small reminder of the importance of family values, because time is fleeting, but family bonds and memories are eternal!
